By placing an order with Steak it easy, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

1.2. Orders


Orders must be placed through our website or official channels. Orders placed after 12PM (noon) will be processed for the next business day.

1.3. Payment


We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Interac e-transfer, and cash upon delivery.
Payments via credit card, debit card, Interac e-transfer must be completed before the time of delivery.

1.4. Delivery


Customers are responsible for providing a valid address and being present to receive their order. If delivery fails due to customer error, an additional re-delivery fee will apply.

1.5. Product Guarantee


We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meat. If there is an issue, please refer to our return policy.

2. Privacy Policy / Politique de Confidentialité

 

2.1. Information Collected


We collect personal information such as name, address, email, and payment details to process orders. We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., payment processors or delivery services).

2.2. Data Security
We implement measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee complete security for data transmitted online.

2.3. Your Rights


You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info.steakiteasy@gmail.com

3.1. Returns and Refunds


Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once delivered. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., defective product, incorrect delivery), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

3.2. Claim Conditions


Evidence (such as photos of the defective product) will be required to process any claim.

We reserve the right to deny claims if these conditions are not met.

3.3. Order Cancellations


Orders can be canceled within 2hours after placing it A 15$ cancellation fee will always apply, regardless of the time or reason of cancellation

OPERATING HOURS

Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 10:00pm

Saturday: from 9:00am to 3:00PM

Delivery's off on Sunday's, but you can place your order at any time. The system will assign the delivery date and time based on your area.
